Private sauna

A cabin for two, a sauna that is yours alone, the Ardennes forest in front of it.

A private sauna, with nobody else

No time slot to book, no strangers on the bench, no hotel spa. At The View, the sauna is inside your cabin. You switch it on from the tablet in the living room, it heats while you walk in the forest, and it is ready when you get back. The lodge sleeps two people at most: the sauna, the hot tub and the terrace are yours for the whole stay.

Three ways to warm up

Finnish sauna with a view

Finnish sauna with a view

A large window onto the forest and the valley. The sauna reaches about 90 °C and is controlled from the living room or the small screen next to its door.

Outdoor hot tub

Outdoor hot tub

On the terrace, heated all year, with jets and lights. The sky is dark here: go in at night for the stars.

Indoor whirlpool bath

Indoor whirlpool bath

In the bathroom, a bubble bath to keep the sauna heat going without stepping outside.

Nordic bath

The ritual that works

Fifteen minutes in the sauna. A cold outdoor shower on the terrace. Ten minutes in the hot tub facing the valley. Repeat. Then a blanket on the sofa, music playing in every room, and nothing else to do.

Alone on the hilltop

The View is the last house on the lane, at the edge of the Parc des Sources. No neighbours in sight. From the sauna and the terrace you see the forest, the valley and, at night, a sky with no city light. Hiking trails start right from the lodge. The stags rut in September and you hear them from the terrace.

Spring

A hike at Ninglinspo in the morning, sauna in the afternoon, terrace in the evening.

Summer

Hot tub late at night, a gentle sauna, long evenings on the terrace.
